Detached stone and slate property(50 sqm), situated in a rural spot in a peaceful setting, in the area of Chenerailles, with a garden area of 3 870 sqm. Bread oven. Well. No septic tank, roof will need looking at, full renovation project required for the inside. No factory or farm close by, there is a road 50 meters away from the house. No water but on the side of the house. Electricity in the house but complete rewiring needed. We do not have the tax fonciere but it should be around 500 euros/year.
