The Way We Work

Before you start

Very important: the properties shown in an area on the website (like Bothoa, Bonen, Burcy…) are not necessarily situated in that village itself — they can be anywhere between 0 and 30 miles around it.

All the prices on our website include the commercial fees. The prices do not include the notary fees (legal fees) — approximately 17% of the price of the French house above 20,000 euros, 10% for a property at 50,000 euros and 8% for a property at 100,000 euros.

The viewing

With regard to viewing, we make the appointment for you with our contacts, give you directions on how to meet them, and they take you to see the properties.

For the viewing we will need:

• a list of properties, with the area and the references from our website, and a list of your criteria;
• your full name and address, telephone number, and a mobile number if you are taking one to France;
• which port you dock at, and when you arrive in and leave France.

To make the appointment, we need at least one week’s notice before you travel to France. During holiday periods we advise you to contact us one to two weeks before you go, and we will try to set up the appointments for you.

Our fee

If you buy a property through our services there is no extra fee.
