Detached stone and tiled Water Mill(200 sqm), situated in a hamlet, in the CHARENTE department, between Chalais et Montmoreau, in the area of GOURLAC, with a land area of 27.97 acres(113 214 sqm). Water and electricity(complete rewiring needed), septic tank needed, renovation needed for the roof and floor. Attached to the water mill : stone and tiled barn(6 x 11.20 meters) in need of a new roof; hangar(4 x 6 meters); outbuilding(5.50 x 6 meters) in need of a new roof and with a bread oven; ruin; detached shed.
